Q. I am trying to place an order using Google Checkout and the delivery is showing as £999.
A. The default delivery value will be shown when we are unable to communicate with Google’s checkout servers. The £999 delivery charge is entered to ensure you don’t send any sensitive or incorrect information to an unsecured system. Please contact us and advise us of the problem so we can pursue the issue with Google.
Q. I have placed an order but havn’t received any comunication from you for 2 days now. Whats going on with my order?
A. When you use Google Checkout to place an order in our store, we can only advise you automatically when your order is shipped. If you are purchasing Proto-Col products it can sometimes take 2 days for Proto-Col to send us your delivery tracking information. Rest assured though, your order is being processed and you will hear from us shortly.
