By following these simple tips I can show you how to lose body fat quickly.
Let’s give you some simple FACTS First.
Where does body fat come from?
Fat is formed by the body when an excess intake of calories through food or drink occurs. When ones diet provides the body with more calories than it needs for general maintenance and current level of physical activity, this excess energy is stored in the form of body fat.
How do you lose excess fat?
You have to reverse the processes that stored this excess energy. If you burn more energy than you consume, the extra energy stored in the body will be removed to be broken down for energy needed.
Take these steps:
Perform a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio exercise every day. Cardio exercise is essential for fat loss as it raises the heart rate to a level that supports maximum calorie and fat burning. Exercises like walking, jogging, running, and cycling can help you burn more than 500 calories in a single hour. As your fitness levels increase so can your intensity and duration of your cardio workout regimen enabling you to burn fat and calories at a more rapid pace.
Weight train whether you use resistance machines , free weights or perform body weight exercises. Remember you have both an upper and lower body so you must workout both ends. My suggestion for the best fat burn results is to perform circuit training. This is giving you the best of both worlds. I’ll write you a great circuit program in the next day or two on this blog.
Healthy eating is a must do. Consume a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins, and low in fat and cholesterol. The kinds and amount of food you eat play a monumental role in your ability to burn fat and keep the fat off. You must burn 3,500 more calories than your consume to lose 1 lb. of fat, therefore it is essential to monitor your daily caloric intake to ensure that you maintain a calorie deficit capable of supporting healthy and consistent weight loss.
Eat every 3 hours. Small and often, that will keep your body full of energy and therefore not make it feel it necessary to store any away for later. Mix a lean protein and a complex carb to give yourself the perfect fuelling session, I mean meal.
Drink. Yes that’s right I’m telling you to become a big drinker. I recommend you drink between 2 – 3 litres of water daily. No more alcohol! Cut down on soda! Keep away from fruit juices.
That’s it, simple and easy to do. So now it’s over to you to get started.
