Wow, what can we say! Something happened over the weekend which gave everyone here at Slim Express a nice smile this morning. We had received a few reviews over the weekend which turned our Trustpilot score from Good to Excellent.

We would like to say a BIG thank you to all our customers who have taken time out to write a review about their experience with us. Without our customers we wouldn’t be here today and for that we are truly grateful.

If it’s one thing we have learned over the last few months since we started the review program then it has to be this:

What’s the point asking for customer reviews if you don’t actually listen to what your customers are saying?

We have made so many improvements to our website and how we manage things behind the scenes over the last three months and most of the changes have been because of the feedback we have been getting from you, our customers! Here’s just a few things we have done to improve our service:

• We have sped up our website to make it more responsive and easier to use.
• We have looked hard at our website layout and made many improvements to the navigation of the website to make things easier to find when you want them.
• A wide choice of delivery methods are now available to suit everybody’s needs, from next day delivery to the super saver free delivery on orders over £30.00.
• We are no longer just a drop shipper. We are an authorised distributor for Proto-Col and we now carry a large stock of Proto-Col products. This allows us to provide a speedy service with excellent after sales support.

We’re not stopping there though, over 2013 we are working on implementing even more changes so we can improve our service even more!

We can now say we are officially excellent, but it helps when you have excellent customers too!
